1. Nature of our services

Kyren Tech provides digital services — website design and development, brand identity design, website care plans, and related digital presence services. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. No courier, freight, or physical shipment is involved in any order.

2. Digital delivery of deliverables

All deliverables are delivered electronically. Depending on your project and package, this may include delivery by email, secure download or shared links, cloud file transfer, deployment to your website or hosting, or access credentials to manage your website and accounts. No physical media is shipped.

3. Order and payment confirmation

After a successful payment through our payment partners (including Razorpay), a confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout or in your proposal. Project onboarding, discovery, or service activation then begins as set out in your proposal or scope of work.

4. Delivery timelines

Project timelines are estimated and confirmed in your written proposal. Typical website projects are delivered within a few weeks of project kick-off, depending on scope, package, and the timely provision of content, assets, and approvals. Care plans, retainers, and other recurring digital services are activated promptly after payment is confirmed. Add-on services are delivered within the timeframe agreed for that service.

5. Delays

Delivery timelines may be extended by delays in client input — such as content, brand assets, feedback, or approvals — or by third-party dependencies (for example hosting, domain, or software providers). We will communicate any changes to your timeline promptly.

6. Shipping charges

As Kyren Tech delivers only digital services and no physical goods, no shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply to any order.

7. International delivery

Our digital deliverables are delivered electronically to clients in India and overseas. As nothing is physically shipped, no customs duties, import taxes, or international courier charges apply.
